Workflows
Guided learning paths that drive AI adoption across teams.
Workflows are structured learning and action sequences that help teams build AI skills and integrate AI into their daily work.
What Are Workflows?
A workflow is a multi-step guided path that combines learning content, hands-on exercises, and real-world application. Workflows are designed to move team members from awareness to proficiency in specific AI skills.
Workflow Types
Awareness Workflows
For teams at L0-L1 maturity. Focus on understanding what AI can do and building comfort with AI tools.
Example: "Introduction to AI-Assisted Writing" - a 5-step workflow that introduces team members to using AI for drafting, editing, and brainstorming.
Skill-Building Workflows
For teams at L2-L3 maturity. Focus on developing specific AI skills tied to role functions.
Example: "Advanced Prompt Engineering for Analysts" - a workflow that teaches data analysts to use AI for data exploration, visualization suggestions, and report generation.
Integration Workflows
For teams at L3-L4 maturity. Focus on embedding AI into existing business processes.
Example: "AI-Augmented Customer Support" - a workflow that integrates AI tools into the support team's ticket handling process.
Workflow Structure
Each workflow consists of:
- Objective - What the participant will learn or accomplish
- Prerequisites - Required knowledge or tool access
- Steps - Sequential activities with instructions and resources
- Checkpoints - Verification points to ensure understanding
- Completion Criteria - What constitutes successful completion
Assigning Workflows
Admins can assign workflows to individuals, teams, or the entire organization. Assignment options include:
- Required - Must be completed by a deadline
- Recommended - Suggested but not mandatory
